The Dunedin Brewery – Florida’s First Craft Brewer

How can any Drinkery Trail exist without including Florida’s original Microbrewery located in Dunedin Florida. Founded in 1996 and known as the oldest Microbrewery in Florida, this venue does not disappoint. They have a restaurant on site along with a wide area to visit, and offer live music multiple nights of the week. The selection of brews is impressive with a variety of tastes for those open to exploring. The kitchen produces a good variety of bar snacks as well as meals such as their Beer-Fried chicken and if you like Fried Pickles – these are among the best I have had.

Weekly they have events in the evenings such as live music, and on the weekends the venue comes to life with the busy traffic that comes from Dunedin’s location on the Dunedin Bike and Walking trail right off the intercoastal waterway. Overall there are over 20 venues within walking distance making the Dunedin Drinkery trail one of the best trails around.
